Jio’s GigaFiber Triple Play Plan Being Tested, Access to Jio Apps, Home TV in Tow

Jio of Reliance Industries Limited is testing its GigaFiber triple play plan. The plan bunches the access to Jio Home TV, Jio Gigafiber and Jio Apps in one month package. The mobile operator company of Reliance has rolled out Jio Gigafiber connections to selected cities across the country. But the official announcement of triple play plans is yet not announced. The current customers are given a preview offer. Reliance Jio is, however, to unveil the GigaFiber triple Play plans and roll out the schedule.

As per the TelecomTalk report, Reliance Jio is running out tests of the triple play plan with their employees. This plan can be seen on the dashboard of GigaFiber account. Currently, the company has a single triple play plan on their list; its validity is 28 days. The plan has benefits like unlimited call and data access of up to 100GB along with access to Jio Home TV. The plan will provide Jio Apps’s complimentary subscription. No charges are applied for the GigaFiber triple play plan for now as the testing is going on.

The inclusion of Jio Home TV is the most anticipated aspect of the GigaFiber plan. Maybe Reliance Jio will rebrand GigaTV service and may call it Jio Home TV. It is quite possible that Jio will test the service with their employees first with the triple play plan. After the testing period, it may offer Jio Home TV service to the non-employee consumers.

No word is out on when the triple play plan will be available for regular Jio GigaFiber users. The company also yet to reveal when the rollout of the GigaFiber service will be expanded.
